One of three holiday cottages situated on Primrose Farm, this property offers accommodation for groups of up to four people and, as its name suggests, has stunning views.
This cottage is an idyllic haven for a small family or a group of friends. For the winter months, there is oil-fired, under-floor heating which makes the cottage a toasty place to be. In summer, the only place to be is outside in the large, lawned garden that offers ample opportunity for a good, old-fashioned barbeque.

Oil underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large, lawned garden with decked patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Fishing lake. One well-behaved dog welcome. Stabling facilities available by arrangement direct with owner. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: This property may be suitable for accompanied disabled - please phone for further information. Note: The owners of this property farm Koi Carp thus there is a large fenced pond at this property and children must be supervised. |

Upottery is a small village in east Devon, England, located close to Churchinford, Yarcombe and Honiton and is one of many towns and villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The closest cities are Exeter (population 106,772) and Wells in Somerset.
Set in a beautiful part of the country, not far from the coast, and with many woodland walks and interesting places to visit, Upottery is a great base for a holiday in east Devon.
